WordPress for iPhone… Any good?
Where to start, is the question. I’ve had this application installed for a good while now, but have never got around to actually reviewing it. However, as it’s a rather nice little free application, I thought I’d review it right now from the comfort of my bed. Note: this entire post has been written from the application from an iPod touch.
The lack of images in this is for a simple reason: I cannot simply and easily grab and place images into posts with this: it’s just not that simple, and browsing around without multitasking on my iPod makes things difficult. But the application itself is the subject at hand! It is rather simple to set up a connection to your WordPress blog, all it requires is a simple amount of information, and you can connect! Simple as.
Within the app, we also have a simple photo uploader to allow you to add in images from your device, and place it wherever you want in the post.
When used on the iPhone or iPod touch it isn’t really meant to be used for very long posts, however as long as you find typing on an iDevice simple enough, then your posts can reach any length! All depends on what you can personally do.
This has, of course been a rather small review, but if it were a larger one it would have been much harder to complete. I definitely suggest that you should go and download this if you have a WordPress blog, as it’s a must-have application!
